Hanover considers student fees to save teachers | News
HANOVER, VA (WWBT)- Hanover County school leaders have a new idea to deal with teacher cuts, and the recent budget shortfall.
According to the Times-Dispatch, the county is considering adding student fees to save at least 24 teaching jobs.
The paper reports school board members are considering a flat fee for sports and other activities like marching band.
